What happens if I don't answer my survey?

Without your survey I do not have an address or accurate counts of what you would like. If you do not answer your survey within 6 months of the end of the campaign, there are two options: if I still have said items in stock, I will send them to you. If these items are out of stock, you will receive store credit to my online store.

The reason why I cannot refund your pledge after it has been collected is because all funds collected will go towards production. I personally reach out through email and messages to every backer who hasn’t answered their survey multiple times before I lock all surveys for final count and kickstarter/backerkit also sends reminder emails as well. I also provide frequent updates on kickstarter/backerkit to let you know when to expect surveys and when they are sent out. In order to ensure that you are able to receive the items that you pledge, please make sure that you are checking notifications for the crowdfunding page and/or messages that you receive from me.

Can I get a refund for my pledge?

You can pledge first without paying! Backerkit is an all-or-nothing campaign. If you decide that you do not want the pins, you can cancel your pledge at any time before the campaign ends. Please be warned that I will not cancel any pledges or refund you after the campaign ends. You will have the opportunity of around 21 days (3 weeks) of when the campaign is active for you to decide if you want the pins. Afterwards the pledge amount is collected and will go into production. Any cancellations/refunds during this time are disruptive to the timeline of these projects and will not be accepted, so please be cautious about it.

When will I receive my items?

All items are expected to start shipping late August 2025 and will roll out accordingly. However this date is subject to change depending on if there are any hiccups or errors during manufacturing, or if we hit our manufacturing date earlier than predicted. If there are any updates, they will all be posted on Backerkit and communicated with you.

I changed my mind about an item, what do I do?

I do not accept cancellations as the funds collected are necessary for me to successfully produce these items. Any cancellations/refunds during this time are disruptive to the timeline of these projects, so please be cautious about it. If you would like to change your decision between designs in the same category (eg: I chose a Mochimon pin for Lugia but I would now like a Gardevoir one) then I can honor this as long as the items have not shipped.

My address has changed.

As long as I have not shipped out your item, I can change your address to your new address. Please contact me as soon as possible if you realize that your address needs to be changed. I will ship items based off of the address you give me.

Can I combine with other items in your store?

Yes! If I have not shipped your items yet and you would like for me to combine items in my store (yuxine.bigcartel.com) please let me know and I will set it aside and issue a free shipping coupon.

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
